案例与情景演练在妇科实习生人文关怀培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨案例与情景演练在妇科实习生人文关怀培训中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照试验,以便利抽样法在郑州大学第一附属医院妇科2022年8月—2024年8月收治的实习生中选取128名,采用随机字母生成器随机分为观察组(64名,采用正反案例与情景演练)与对照组(64名,采用正反案例),对比两组妇科知识掌握程度、操作技能水平、教学质量、人文关怀能力、教学满意度。结果观察组知识知识掌握(选择、填空)、操作技能(接收与指导、病史采集)、教学质量(带教内容、带教主动性)、人文关怀(灌输信念和希望、健康教育)等评分及总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例与情景演练可改善妇科实习生教学质量,提高理论与操作掌握水平、人文关怀能力及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of case studies and scenario-based exercises in humanistic care training for gynecology interns.Methods A randomized controlled trial employed convenience sampling to select 128 interns admitted to the Department of Gynecology at the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university between August 2022 and August 2024.Participants were randomly assigned using a random letter generator to either the observation group(n=64,receiving positive/negative case studies and scenario-based training)or the control group(n=64,receiving only positive/negative case studies).To compare the two groups in terms of mastery of gynecological knowledge,procedural skill proficiency,teaching quality,humanistic care capabilities,and teaching satisfaction.Results Patients in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group in terms of patient selection,form completion,reception and guidance,medical history taking,teaching content,teaching initiative,instilling confidence and hope,health education,and overall satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Case studies combined with scenario-based training can enhance the quality of teaching for gynecology interns,improving their mastery of theory and practical skills,their capacity for compassionate care,and overall teaching satisfaction.
