摘要
目的 分析基于峰终定律的带教模式在影像医学与介入医学部护理带教中的应用效果。方法 使用随机数表法将2023年5月至2024年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院影像医学与介入医学部进行实习的60例实习生进行1∶1分组,对照组、观察组各30例。给予对照组实习生常规护理带教,在此基础上给予观察组峰终定律的带教模式干预。比较两组理论知识、操作技能评分和带教计划、带教内容、带教方式、课程安排等带教满意度评分以及批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分。结果 出科时,两组理论知识、操作技能评分均上升,且观察组理论知识和操作技能评分较高(P<0.05);观察组带教计划、带教内容、带教方式、课程安排等带教满意度评分均较高(P<0.05);出科时,两组CTDI-CV评分均上升,且观察组出科时CTDI-CV评分较高(P<0.05)。结论 基于峰终定律的带教模式在影像医学与介入医学部护理带教中应用可取得较好效果,能有效提高护理实习生学习效果、带教满意度和批判性思维能力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of teaching mode based on peak-end law in nursing teaching of medical imaging and intervention medicine department.Methods A total of 60 interns in the Department of Medical Imaging and Interventional Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2023 to March 2024 were divided into 1∶1 groups by random number table method,30 in control group and 30 in observation group.The control group was given routine nursing instruction,and the observation group was given teaching mode based on peak-end law in nursing teaching on the basis of the control group.The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,teaching plan,teaching content,teaching method,course arrangement and other teaching satisfaction scores,as well as the Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV)of two groups were compared.Results At the time of discharge,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in both groups increased,and the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teaching plan,teaching content,teaching method and course arrangement were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The CTDI-CV score of both groups increased at the time of discharge,and the CTDI-CV score of the observation group was higher at the time of discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode based on the peak-end law can achieve good results in nursing teaching in department of medical imaging and interventional medicine,which can effectively improve the learning effect,teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of nursing interns.
