摘要
目的探讨结果导向教育(OBE)理念下将案例教学法(CBL)与问题导向教学法(PBL)在骨科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2024年1—12月在河池市第一人民医院骨科实习的70名医学生,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35名。对照组采取常规教学方法,观察组采取CBL联合PBL教学方法。对比两组医学生的出科考核成绩及临床能力评分。结果观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩、个案分析成绩及各项临床能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨科实习生临床教学中,OBE理念下CBL联合PBL教学模式既能提高出科医学生的出科考核成绩,又有有效提升其综合临床能力,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)to orthopedic internship teaching under the concept of outcome-based education(OBE).Methods A total of 70 medical students who practiced in the orthopedics department of The First People's Hospital of Hechi City from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 students in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching methods,while the observation group adopted CBL combined with PBL teaching methods under the OBE concept.The exit examination results and clinical ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores,skills operation scores,case analysis and the clinical ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of orthopedic interns,the CBL combined with PBL teaching mode under the OBE concept can not only improve the exit examination results of medical students,but also effectively enhance their comprehensive clinical abilities,which has high popularization and application value.
