摘要
儒家“仁爱”思想以“关爱他人、以仁为本”为理念,是中华传统文化的核心理念之一,具有深厚的人文价值,与现代医学伦理学所倡导的“以人为本”的理念高度契合。医德教育是医学生职业道德培养的重要环节,随着来华医学留学生数量的不断增加,留学生医德教育面临着前所未有的挑战。医学留学生来自不同文化背景下的国家和地区,他们在接受专业知识与技能的同时,还需面对来自文化差异的挑战。因此,文章从医学留学生医德教育的实践难题出发,旨在探究将儒家“仁爱”思想融入医学留学生医德教育的创新路径,为在跨文化背景下医学留学生更深入理解并践行职业道德提供更多的伦理依据。
The Confucian thought of“benevolence”,with the core concept of“caring for others and taking benevolence as the foundation”,is one of the central principles of traditional Chinese culture.It embodies profound humanistic values and aligns closely with the“people-oriented”principle advocated in modern medical ethics.Medical ethics education is a crucial component in cultivating professional ethics among medical students.With the continuous increase in the number of international medical students studying in China,medical ethics education for these students faces unprecedented challenges.International medical students come from countries and regions with diverse cultural backgrounds.While acquiring professional knowledge and skills,they also need to cope with challenges arising from cultural differences.Therefore,addressing the practical challenges in medical ethics education for international medical students,this paper aims to explore innovative approaches to integrating Confucian“benevolence”into such education,thereby providing a stronger ethical foundation for students to deepen their understanding and practice of professional ethics in a cross-cultural context.
