摘要
中医学“气”理论源于《黄帝内经》,涵盖精微物质与功能表现,涉及先天之精、水谷之气、自然清气等物质基础,以及脏腑经络的推动、温煦、防御等功能。《伤寒论》发展调气原则,探究张仲景的调气治法及调气名方和组方特色。针对气机失常,《伤寒论》提出补气、疏肝理气、升降气机、化气利水等治法。补气法如炙甘草汤治气血两虚,小建中汤温中补虚;疏肝理气法如四逆散透邪解郁。《伤寒论》通过六经框架把握气机运行的时空特性,将天地六气与人体经气变化相结合,这种以气化理论为内核的诊疗思维,对中医临床有重要的指导作用。
The“qi”theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)originated from the Huangdi's Internal Classic,covering subtle substances and functional manifestations,the material foundations of innate essence,the qi of water and grain,and natural clear qi,as well as the promoting,warming,and defensive functions of the zang-fu organs,meridians,and collaterals.The qi regulation principle was developed in the Treatise on Cold Damage,this paper explored ZHANG Zhongjing's methods and the prescription characteristics,for regulating qi.To treat qi movement disorders,methods proposed in the Treatise on Cold Damage involved tonifying qi,soothing liver and regulating qi,regulating the ascending and descending of qi,as well as transforming qi and draining water.Tonifying qi method included Zhigancao Decoction for qi and blood deficiency,and Xiaojianzhong Decoction for warming the middle and tonifying deficiency.Soothing liver and regulating qi method involved Sini Powder for expelling pathogen and relieving depression.In the six-meridian framework,the time space nature of qi movement was grasped by the Treatise on Cold Damage to combine the changes of the six qi of nature with the changes of qi in the human body.This diagnosis and treatment thinking,with the qi transformation theory as the core,significantly guides the TCM clinical practice.
