摘要
为了探讨真武汤应用于糖尿病肾病的依据及方案,分别对治疗水停证诸方中是否配伍芍药以及配伍目的、真武汤功效及主治证候、真武汤用于糖尿病肾病的使用依据、启用时机及临床药物加减进行阐释。结果发现水停证诸方非皆配伍芍药,只有水停又正虚营伤兼伤风生风时,才配伍芍药,芍药不是为了利小便,而是起补阴和营,熄风清热作用。据此,真武汤是具有温阳利水,滋阴清热熄风功效,用于主治阳虚水泛,阴虚化热生风之证的方剂。糖尿病肾病的症状集与真武汤主治证候吻合,用该方治疗依据充分。因此,真武汤是治疗糖尿病肾病非常合适的方剂,且应及早使用,运用方案主要围绕利小便与防止伤阴两者间找平衡点进行加减。早用且处理好利小便与阴阳平衡的关系,可让真武汤在糖尿病肾病的治疗中发挥出更佳的效果。
In order to explore the basis and scheme of Zhenwu Decoction for diabetic nephropathy.Explain whether the prescriptions for water stop syndrome are compatible with peony and the purpose of compatibility,the efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction and the basis for the treatment of Hou,Zhenwu Decoction for diabetic nephropathy,the timing of activation,and the addition and subtraction of clinical drugs are respectively explained.As a result,it was found that all prescriptions of Shui-Ting-Zheng are not compatible with peony.Only when Shui-Ting is correcting deficiency,camping injury and cold and causing wind,it is compatible with peony.The peony is not for urination,but for replenishing yin and camping,quenching wind and clearing heat.According to this,Zhenwu Decoction is a prescription that has the effects of warming yang and distilling water,nourishing yin,clearing heat and extinguishing wind,and is used to treat yang deficiency and water flooding,and yin deficiency can transform heat into wind.The symptom set of diabetic nephropathy is consistent with the main symptoms of Zhenwu Decoction,and the treatment with this prescription is based on sufficient evidence.Therefore,Zhenwu Decoction is a very suitable prescription for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and should be used as early as possible.Using it early and dealing with the relationship between urination and yin and yang balance can make Zhenwu Decoction more effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
