依托科技创新平台提升本科生创新能力的思考

摘要 依托高校建设的科技创新平台拥有优质丰富的科研资源,尤其是“双一流”建设高校支持建设的科技创新平台更能表现出优势地位。除了承担面向国际科技前沿和国家重大需求的科学研究任务外,科技创新平台已成为培养高水平研究型大学本科生科研创新意识和创新能力的重要基地。本文以北京航空航天大学为例,从人力资源、课题资源、仪器设备、经费资源等方面就如何利用高校科技创新平台培养本科生的创新实践能力进行探讨,并提出基于科技创新平台的本科生创新能力培养模式和保障措施,旨在促进其科研优势向人才培养优势转化。 The scientific and technological innovation platform built by universities has high-quality and rich scientific research resources,especially those supported by the"Double First-class"construction universities can show a superior position.At present,in addition to undertaking scientific research tasks facing the international frontier of science and technology and the major needs of the country,the science and technology innovation platform has become an important base to cultivate the scientific research innovation consciousness and innovation ability of high-level research-oriented university undergraduates.Taking Beihang University as an example,this paper discusses how to use the science and technology innovation platform built by universities to cultivate undergraduates'innovative practice ability from the aspects of human resources,subject resources,instruments and equipment,financial resources,and puts forward the training model and safeguard measures of undergraduates'innovative ability based on the science and technology innovation platform,aiming to promote the exploration and research of the transformation from scientific research advantages to talent training advantages.
