摘要
在“双碳”战略纵深推进的时代背景下,环境工程专业承载着服务生态文明建设的重要使命。本文系统剖析本科生创新人才培养的核心要素,深入阐释创新能力培养的理念与原则,从多角度探讨培养路径,旨在提升学生创新素养,为“双碳”目标实现与生态环境高质量发展筑牢人才根基。
Under the strategic backdrop of advancing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,environmental engineering bears a crucial mission in serving the development of ecological civilization.This paper systematically analyzed core elements in cultivating innovative talents among undergraduates,provided an in-depth exploration of the philosophy and principles underlying innovation capability development,and examined various pathways for talent cultivation from multidisciplinary perspectives.The research aims to enhance students’innovative competencies,thereby laying a solid talent foundation for achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality targets while promoting high-quality ecological development.
