摘要
为探讨微塑料在农田土壤中的污染特征及对碳组分的影响,本研究从县域尺度出发,以四川省遂宁市为研究区域,系统采集水田、旱地、园地和林地4种土地利用类型的土壤样本,分析其中的微塑料丰度、形态特征及其与溶解性有机碳、易氧化有机碳、颗粒有机碳的耦合关系。结果显示:该区域土壤微塑料平均丰度为7593个·kg^(-1),旱地最高,林地最低;微塑料多为碎片状、小粒径(<100μm),以黑、白、透明色为主。土地利用方式显著影响碳组分分布,水田DOC含量最高,林地ROC和POC较高,旱地碳组分最低。此外,微塑料与碳组分的相关性因土地利用类型而异,两者林地中正相关性最强,小粒径微塑料的环境效应在4种土地利用类型土壤中都更为显著。
To investigate the pollution characteristics of microplastics in farmland soils and their effects on carbon fractions,this study was conducted at the county level,taking Suining,Sichuan province,as the research area.Soil samples from four land use types,including paddy fields,dryland,orchard land and forestland,were systematically collected to analyze the abundance and morphological characteristics of microplastics and their coupling relationships with dissolved organic carbon,readily oxidizable organic carbon,and particulate organic carbon.The results show that the average microplastic abundance in the area s soil is 7593 particles·kg^(-1),with the highest concentration in dryland and the lowest in forestland.The microplastics are predominantly fragments,small in size(<100μm),and mainly black,white,or transparent in color.Land use type significantly affects the distribution of carbon fractions.Paddy fields has the highest DOC content,while forestland exhibits higher levels of ROC and POC,and dryland has the lowest carbon fractions overall.Furthermore,the correlation between microplastics and carbon fractions varies by land use type,with the strongest positive correlation found in forestland.The environmental effects of small-sized microplastics are more significant across all four land use types.
