黄海初春抑食金球藻分布格局及其环境驱动因子

DISTRIBUTION OF AUREOCOCCUS ANOPHAGEFFERENS IN THE YELLOW SEA DURING EARLY SPRING AND ITS ENVIRONMENTAL DRIVERS

摘要 为探究初春黄海抑食金球藻分布格局、环境驱动因子的影响及渤、黄海褐潮复发的潜在风险,于2022年4月在黄海73个站位采集浮游植物样品,采用qPCR技术定量检测抑食金球藻丰度,结合水团分类及环境因子进行相关性分析。结果表明:抑食金球藻平均丰度为3.7×10^(4) cells/L,但分布不均匀,形成北黄海、山东半岛南部海域及东南外海3个高值区;不同水团中抑食金球藻丰度差异明显,其中沿岸水中抑食金球藻对黄海种群的贡献度最高;抑食金球藻的分布与水温、盐度及营养盐等环境因子密切相关,特别是在沿岸水和黄海中央水团中,藻丰度与盐度、硝酸盐等呈显著相关性。研究表明,黄海沿岸流和冷水团共同驱动抑食金球藻的水平分布,该物种的低温适应性促使其在未层化水体中垂直扩散。初春黄海分布较高丰度的抑食金球藻及渤、黄海水文连通性可能会增加我国北方海域褐潮复发的潜在风险。 To investigate the distribution characteristicsof Aureococcus anophagefferens and key environmental drivers in the Yellow Sea during early spring,as well as the potential risk of brown tide recurrence in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea,phytoplankton samples were collected from 73 sampling stations in the Yellow Sea in April 2022.The qPCR assay was used to quantitatively detect the abundance of A.anophagefferens,and correlation analysis was conducted in combination with water mass classification and environmental factors.The results show that the average abundance of A.anophagefferens was 3.7×10^(4)cells/L,but the distribution was uneven,forming three high-value areas:the northern Yellow Sea,the southern waters of the Shandong Peninsula,and the southeastern offshore waters.There are significant differences in the abundance of A.anophagefferens in different water masses,among which the contribution of A.anophagefferens in coastal water to the Yellow Sea population was the highest.The distribution of the algae was closely related to environmental factors such as water temperature,salinity,and nutrients.Especially,in coastal waters and the central water mass of the Yellow Sea,the abundance of A.anophagefferens ells was significantly correlated with salinity and nitrate.This research has shown that the coastal currents and cold-water masses in the Yellow Sea jointly could drive the horizontal distribution of A.anophagefferens.The low-temperature adaptability of this species could promote its vertical diffusion in non-stratified water bodies.In early spring,the high abundance of A.anophagefferens distributed in the Yellow Sea and the hydrological connectivity between the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea may increase the potential risk of brown tide recurrence in northern China.
