森林果园无人机定高巡航及荔枝产量品质AI预测技术研究

摘要 围绕森林果园荔枝产量品质精准预测展开研究。通过勘察森林果园地形与荔枝植被参数完成前期规划,搭配抗干扰硬件,经空载、负载分阶段调试搭建定高巡航系统。依托该系统精细化采集荔枝冠层光谱、果实形态及环境数据,经筛查净化、标准化融合完成数据预处理。以预处理数据为支撑,筛选核心特征并划分数据集,针对性构建产量和品质人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)预测模型,通过参数调优、多模型融合优化模型。结合仿真实验分析算法性能影响因素,与近年主流方法开展预测精度、成本及能耗的定量对比。最后,经多批次实证验证与迭代调整,形成适配复杂场景的荔枝产量品质精准预测集成系统,可为相关预测工作提供可靠技术方案。 This paper studies the accurate prediction of litchi yield and quality in forest orchards.Preliminary planning is done by surveying orchard terrain and litchi vegetation parameters.An anti-interference fixed-altitude cruise system is built via phased no-load and load commissioning.The system collects litchi canopy spectrum,fruit morphology and environmental data,which are preprocessed through screening,purification and standardized integration.Based on the preprocessed data,core features are selected,datasets divided,and targeted Artificial Intelligence(AI)prediction models for yield and quality constructed.The models are optimized via parameter tuning and multi-model fusion.After multiple batches of empirical verification and iteration,an adaptive integrated system for accurate litchi yield and quality prediction in complex scenarios is developed,providing a reliable technical solution.
