基于物联网的门机运行状态监测与诊断研究

摘要 为实现对门机作业过程的实时监测与故障识别,融合多源传感感知能力与状态特征识别算法,设计一种基于物联网的门机运行状态监测系统。该系统采用多点分布式传感结构,在主梁、卷扬系统、导轨基座等关键部位布设了振动、载荷与位移类传感器。实验结果表明,该系统在多故障状态下均保持了较高的识别精度与网络适配性,具有稳定的边缘诊断能力与实际部署可行性。 To achieve real-time monitoring and fault recognition of the door machine operation process,a door machine operation status monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is designed by integrating multi-source sensing capabilities and state feature recognition algorithms.The system adopts a multi-point distributed sensing structure,and vibration,load,and displacement sensors are installed in key parts such as the main beam,winch system,and guide rail base.The experimental results show that the system maintains high recognition accuracy and network adaptability in multiple fault states,and has stable edge diagnosis capability and practical deployment feasibility.
