断尾处理对湖羊体尺指标及屠宰性能的影响

摘要 采用SPSS 24.0统计分析软件,以60只同期出生的湖羊公羔为实验对象,按出生体重相近原则分为断尾组(n=30)和未断尾组(n=30),系统评估断尾处理对其生长发育、体尺指标及屠宰性能的影响。断尾组于3日龄采用皮筋结扎法进行断尾,未断尾组作为对照。分别于4月龄和6月龄测定体尺指标、尾部指标和屠宰性状,并计算育肥期平均日增重。数据采用描述性统计(平均值±标准差)、独立样本t检验(α=0.05)和Pearson相关性分析。结果显示:(1)分组均衡性良好,出生重无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)4月龄时,断尾组体重和眼肌面积均显著低于未断尾组(P<0.05);体尺指标无显著差异(P>0.05);尾部指标极显著降低(P<0.001),验证断尾有效性。(3)6月龄时,断尾组出栏体重仍较低(P<0.05),但差值缩小;胸围和眼肌面积显著高于未断尾组(P<0.05);育肥期平均日增重断尾组显著高于未断尾组(P<0.01)。(4)相关性分析表明,出栏体重与胸围和眼肌面积呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),背膘厚与其他指标无显著相关性。研究结果表明断尾处理在湖羊生长前期虽可导致暂时性增重减缓,但在育肥后期通过改善羊只健康与舒适度,可促进补偿性生长,显著提升日增重,并促进胸围发育和眼肌面积增大,从而改善肉用性能。胸围与体重、眼肌面积构成关键体尺组合,建议在湖羊健康养殖与育种中推广应用断尾技术,并加强断尾后的营养与管理措施。 Using SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software,60 male Hu sheep lambs born in the same period were selected as the experimental subjects and were divided into the tail docking group(n=30)and the non-tail docking group(n=30)based on the principle of similar birth weight.The effects of tail docking on their growth and development,body measurements,and slaughter performance were systematically evaluated.The tail docking group underwent tail docking at 3 days of age using the rubber band ligation method,while the non-tail docking group served as the control.Body measurements,tail measurements,and slaughter traits were measured at 4 and 6 months of age,and the average daily weight gain during the fattening period was calculated.Descriptive statistics(mean±standard deviation),independent sample t-tests(α=0.05),and pearson correlation analysis were used for data analysis.The results showed that:(1)The groups were well balanced,with no significant difference in birth weight(P>0.05).(2)At 4 months of age,the body weight and eye muscle area of the tail docking group were significantly lower than those of the non-tail docking group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in body measurements(P>0.05);tail measurements were significantly reduced(P<0.001),verifying the effectiveness of tail docking.(3)At 6 months of age,the body weight at slaughter of the tail docking group was still lower(P<0.05);the chest circumference and eye muscle area were significantly higher than those of the non-tail docking group(P<0.05);the average daily weight gain during the fattening period was significantly higher in the tail docking group than in the non-tail docking group(P<0.01).(4)Correlation analysis indicated that the body weight at slaughter was highly significantly positively correlated with chest circumference and eye muscle area(P<0.01),while backfat thickness was not significantly correlated with other indicators.The study suggests that although tail docking may cause a temporary reduction in weight gain in the early growth stage of Hu sheep,it can promote compensatory growth in the later fattening stage by improving the health and comfort of the sheep,significantly increase the average daily weight gain,and promote the development of chest circumference and the increase in eye muscle area,thereby improving meat performance.Chest circumference,body weight,and eye muscle area constitute a key body measurement combination.It is recommended to promote the application of tail docking technology in the healthy breeding and breeding of Hu sheep and strengthen nutritional and management measures after tail docking.
