摘要
目的:探讨益母生化汤联合米非司酮治疗不全流产的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月常州市第一人民医院妇科收治的不全流产患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益母生化汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、康复指标及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.048);观察组阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.043)。结论:益母生化汤联合米非司酮片治疗不全流产效较好,可缩短阴道出血、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复及月经恢复时间,减少并发症,安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yimu Shenghua decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of incomplete abortion.Methods:Eighty patients with incomplete abortion who were admitted to the department of gynecology of Changzhou First People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the observation group was treated with Yimu Shenghua decoction in addition to the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation indicators and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.048).The vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.043).Conclusion:The combination of Yimu Shenghua decoction and mifepristone tablets has a better therapeutic effect on incomplete abortion.It can shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding,as well as the time to recovery of bloodβ-human chorionic gonadotropin levels and menstrual recovery,reduce complications,and has good safety.
