摘要
观察了怀牛膝皂甙A对动物子宫平滑肌的作用。结果发现：给药后子宫收缩幅度增高，频率加快，张力增加，子宫收缩曲线下面积亦显著增加，并呈一定的浓度依赖关系。在0．12g／L浓度时，对不同生理状态下的大鼠离体子宫均有明显兴奋作用，但对幼龄子宫作用最弱，对晚孕子宫作用最强；对大鼠宫角平滑肌有明显兴奋作用，对宫颈兴奋作用不明显。在体家兔子宫实验发现，局部分别给子0．069／L、0．129／L及0．249／L的怀牛膝皂甙A均有明显兴奋未孕及已孕家兔在体子宫的作用。
<Abetract>The characteristics of Achyranthes bidentata saponinA on isolated uteri from rat and rabbit uterus in situ were observed. The results of the experiments clearly proved that 0. 06mg/ml ~0.48mg/ml of ABSA usually caused a concentration-dependent excitant action in uterine preparations.0. 12mg/ml of ABSA yielded an evidently excitant ac-tion on isolated rat uteri under different physiologi-cal conditions, but the excitant action was weakest on immature uteri and strongest on late pregnant uteri. 0. 12mg/ml of ABSA did not cause an obvious-ly excitant action on rat cervix preparations. When ABSA was added into uterine tube, it could cause a clearly excitant action in both virgin and pregnant rabbit uteri in situ.
