固体电解质Li_(4+x)B_xSi_(1-x)O_4-yLi_2O的合成及导电性

Preparation of Solid Electrolytes for Li_(4+x)B_xSi_(1-a)O_4 -yLi_2O and Ionic Conductivity

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Li4+xBxSi1-xO4-yLi2O(x=0.1~0.6;y=0.0~0.5)离子导体材料,并用DTA—TG,XRD及交流阻抗等技术对样品进行了测试,结果发现用溶胶-凝胶法可降低Li4+xBxSi1-xO4的合成温度;随Li2O的掺入可增强基质材料的致密性并可提高其离子的导电性能. The Li4+xBxSi1-xO4 - yLi2O(x = 0. 1-0.6;y = 0.0-0. 5)ion conductors were prepared by the Sol - Gel method. DTA - TG, XRD, and A - C impedance techniques were used to study the structure and ionic conductivity of samples. The experimental results showed that the Li4 +xBxSi1-xO4 sample prepared by the Sol - Gel method needed lower temperature than the sample prepared by solid state reaction, the sinterability and ionic conductivity of the Li4+1BxSi1 -xO4 -yLi2O samples were increased by the dopant for Li2O.
