Influence of Li_2O Dopants on Conductivities of Li_4SiO_4 Ion Conductor

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,经Li2O掺杂,合成了Li4SiO4-xLi2O(x=0.00~0.50)离子导体材料,并用DTA-TG,XRD及交流阻抗等技术对样品进行了测试.结果发现:用溶胶-凝胶法可降低 Li4SiO4的合成温度;随Li2O的掺入可增强基质材料的致密性并提高了其离子的导电性能,而以x=0.30为最佳. The Li4SiO4-xLi2O (x0. 00~0. 50) ion conductors were prepared by the Sol-Gel method. DTA-TG,XRD and A-C impedance techniques were used to study the stucture and ionic con-ductivity of samples. The experimental results showed that the Li4SiO4 sample preparing by the Sol-Gel method needed lower temperature than the sample by solid state reaction,the sinterability and ion-ic conductivity of the Li4SiO4-xLi2O (0. 00<x^0. 50) samples were increased by the dopants for Li2O.
