摘要
冷应激作为一种常见的环境应激源,对畜禽的生长、免疫和健康均会产生显著影响。冷应激过程中神经内分泌调控机制在维持机体稳态中发挥着核心作用,而免疫系统则通过调节免疫器官功能、激活免疫细胞、分泌细胞因子以及改变免疫基因表达等多种机制,增强机体的防御能力,同时与神经内分泌系统相互作用,维持机体的内环境稳定。本文着重阐述冷应激时神经内分泌和免疫系统调控机制,为探明机体在冷应激条件下的免疫反应、预防动物冷应激损伤和防治相关疾病提供理论支持。
Cold stress,a prevalent environmental stressor,significantly impacts the growth,immunity,and overall health of livestock and poultry.During cold stress,the neuroendocrine regulatory mechanisms play a pivotal role in maintaining homeostasis.Simultaneously,the immune system enhances the body's defense capabilities through various mechanisms,including modulating the function of immune organs,activating immune cells,secreting cytokines,and altering the expression of immune-related genes.Moreover,the immune system interacts with the neuroendocrine system to preserve internal stability.This paper focuses on elucidating the regulatory mechanisms of the neuroendocrine and immune systems during cold stress,hopefully providing theoretical support for understanding the immune response of the body under such conditions,preventing cold stress-induced damage in animals,and treating related diseases.
