摘要
在相同基础配方及发泡剂用量的基础上,以少量正(异)丁烷与环戊烷复配作为发泡剂制备了冰箱冷柜用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。讨论了丁烷与环戊烷配比对硬质聚氨酯泡沫的发泡行为及泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,同样丁烷发泡剂用量情况下,环戊烷/异丁烷复配体系的聚氨酯硬泡的压缩强度、尺寸稳定性和导热系数比环戊烷/正丁烷复配体系的好,但表面气泡变差,线性膨胀相近;随着丁烷发泡剂用量的增加,聚氨酯泡沫压缩强度稍有增加,但尺寸稳定性、表面气泡、导热系数及线性膨胀等均变差。
Based on the same basic formula and blowing agents total dosage,rigid polyurethane foams for refrigerators and freezers were prepared using a compound blowing agent composed with a small amount of n-butane(or isobutane)and cyclopentane.The effects of the ratio of butane to cyclopentane of n-butane(isobutane)/cyclopentane compound system on the foaming behavior and properties of rigid polyurethane foam were discussed.The results showed that,with the same dosage of butane blowing agent,the polyurethane rigid foam prepared with the isobutane/cyclopentane compound system exhibited better compressive strength,dimensional stability and thermal conductivity than that prepared with the n-butane/cyclopentane compound system,but the surface bubbles were worse and the linear expansion was similar.With the increase in the dosage of butane blowing agent,the compressive strength of the polyurethane foam slightly increased,but the dimensional stability,surface bubbles,thermal conductivity and linear expansion all deteriorated.
