摘要
压缩机的可靠性直接决定冰箱冷柜的使用寿命,而曲轴磨损是压缩机常见的失效模式之一,占总失效比例的30%。按磨损出现的时间周期,可分为短期磨损和长期磨损,统计数据显示,曲轴磨损中,短期磨损占比73%。制程管控与短期磨损密切相关,例如运动副表面微变形、工艺及环境颗粒物的超标。本文从实验和统计数据出发,结合有限元分析方法,研究因装配过程中引起的运动副表面微变形对短期磨损的影响。为提升压缩机可靠性,降低短期磨损提供新的分析思路。
The reliability of compressors directly determines the service life of refrigerators and freezers,and crankshaft wear is one of the common failure modes of compressors,accounting for 30%of the total failure rate.According to the time cycle of wear occurrence,it can be divided into short-term wear and long-term wear.Statistical data shows that short-term wear accounts for 73%of crankshaft wear.Process control is closely related to short-term wear,such as micro deformation of the surface of motion pair,and excessive levels of process and environmental particles.This paper started from experimental and statistical data,combined with finite element analysis methods,to study the effect of surface micro deformation of the motion pair caused by the assembly process on short-term wear.It has provided new analytical ideas for improving compressor reliability and reducing short-term wear.
