摘要
运用逻辑分析、文献资料等方法,解构新型举国体制下我国竞技冰雪运动高质量发展的价值向度、逻辑理路,并提出实践进路。价值:夯实体育强国建设的核心支撑,推动冰雪经济增长的全新引擎,促进发展成果惠及更多人群。逻辑理路:筑牢发展底基,提升竞技质效,精进人才培育。实践进路:优化多维治理体制机制,加强制度保障;强化科技创新体系建设,激活科技支撑;深化体教融合培养模式,优化人才供给。
By using the methods of logical analysis and literature review,this paper deconstructed the value orientation,logical reasoning and practical approaches for the high-quality development of competitive winter sports in China under the new national system.Value:It is the core support for building a sports power,a new engine for promoting the growth of the ice and snow economy,and the embodiment our people sharing more fully in the gains of development.Logical reasoning:It should consolidate the foundation for development,enhance the quality and efficiency of competition,and improve the cultivation of talents.Practical approaches:We should optimize the multi-dimensional governance system and mechanism to build a solid institutional guarantees,streng then the construction of the scientific and technological innovation system to activate the scientific and technological support,and deepen the integration of spor ts and education to optimize talent supply.
