基于KANO-AHP的有轨电车站点优化设计

摘要 为深入探究有轨电车站点的设计需求,研究结合KANO模型与AHP法,构建了有轨电车站点设计要素的综合评价体系。首先,通过KANO模型识别并分类用户需求,筛选出必备属性、期望属性和魅力属性;其次,建立层次结构模型,计算各设计要素的权重;最后,以成都蓉2号线为例,分析站点设计的现状与不足,并提出相应的优化建议。结果表明,乘客对导向标识、安全设施、遮阳棚、充电设施等功能性与便捷性要素的需求较高,同时对体现地域文化的特色设计和多感官体验等方面也日益重视。研究形成的设计优化策略,不仅为有轨电车站点的规划与设计提供了理论参考,还为提升城市交通系统的整体效能提供了实践路径。 To deeply explore the design requirements of tram stops,this study combines the KANO model with the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for the design elements of tram stops.Firstly,the KANO model is used to identify and classify user needs,screening out essential attributes,expected attributes,and attractive attributes.Secondly,a hierarchical structure model is established to calculate the weights of various design elements.Finally,taking Chengdu Rong Line 2 as an example,the current status and deficiencies of stop design are analyzed,and corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.The results indicate that passengers have high demands for functional and convenient elements such as directional signs,safety facilities,sunshades,and charging facilities.At the same time,they are increasingly emphasizing unique designs that reflect regional culture and multi-sensory experiences.The design optimization strategies developed in this study not only provide theoretical references for the planning and design of tram stops but also offer practical paths for enhancing the overall efficiency of urban transportations ystems.
