摘要
针对高速公路改扩建工程方案比选的复杂性和指标选择的模糊性,本文以实际工程为依托,构建包含6项一级指标、14项二级指标及34项三级指标的层次结构模型,采用层次分析法确定经济社会效益、资源利用、生态影响等多目标因素的各指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法对单侧拼接、双侧拼接、分离模式及组合模式四种改扩建方案进行适应性评价。研究表明:双侧拼接方案在综合经济效益、资源利用、生态保护及运行效率等方面表现最优,综合得分最高,推荐为最优方案。该方法通过定性指标量化与权重分析,有效解决了改扩建方案比选中的多目标性与不确定性,为类似工程提供科学决策参考。
Given the complexity of scheme comparison regarding expansion modes of highway reconstruction and widening projects and the ambiguity in indicator selection,this paper is based on practical engineering and constructs a hierarchical structure model consisting of 6 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators,and 34 tertiary indicators.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weights of each indicator,comprehensively consider multi-objective factors such as functional services,resource utilization,and ecological impact,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined to evaluate the adaptability of four schemes:single-sided splicing,double-sided splicing,separation mode,and combination mode.Research has shown that the bilateral splicing mode performs the best in comprehensive benefits,resource utilization,ecological protection,and operational efficiency,with the highest comprehensive score,and is recommended as the optimal solution.This method effectively solves the multi-objective and uncertainty issues in scheme comparison for reconstruction and widening models through quantitative indicators and weight analysis,providing scientific decision-making references for similar projects.
