摘要
设计中常需计算旋转体的体积,常用方法如基于公式的分割计算或三维建模,通常过程繁琐或耗时较长。为提高效率,本文提供了一种快速计算旋转体体积的方法。此方法依据帕普斯(Pappus)体积定理,借助二维CAD软件(如AutoCAD、CAXA),查询得到旋转体旋转图形的面积、重心位置数据,经计算(如Excel),便可快速得到旋转体的体积。另外将旋转体的体积公式转化为帕普斯(Pappus)体积定理的形式,可推导出一些图形的重心位置公式。
Designers often need to calculate the volume of rotating bodies.Common methods include formula-based segmentation calculations or 3D modeling,which are usually cumbersome or time-consuming.To improve efficiency,this paper provides a method for rapidly calculating the volume of a rotating body.This method is based on Pappus'volume theorem.With the help of two-dimensional CAD software(such as AutoCAD,CAXA),the area and center of gravity position data of the rotating figure of the rotating body can be queried.After calculation(such as Excel),the volume of the rotating body can be quickly obtained.In addition,by converting the volume formula of a rotating body into the form of Pappus'volume theorem,some formulas for the position of the center of gravity of figures can be derived.
