摘要
在模具CAD软件中,模具体积的高精度计算一直是一个热点问题。本文针对模具CAD软件中旋转体体积的高精度计算这一问题,利用曲面积分,推导出空间某一平面图形绕直线旋转而成的旋转体体积的通用公式。并在此基础上开发出了旋转体冲压件CAD系统的高精度体积计算模块。
The high-precision computational method of volume is a new research hot spot in dies CAD.This paper studies the high-precision computational method of rotating body volume,and gives the general formula for rotating body volume.Finally a high-precision computational module of a dies CAD system is designed and developed using the proposed method.
