摘要
研究以中国东部地区高校英语教师为对象,探讨其数字素养的关键要素及影响因素。通过问卷与半结构化访谈并采用扎根理论分析,研究归纳出高校英语教师数字素养主要包括技术应用、资源整合、数字教学设计及数字安全意识四个维度。教师数字素养受培训体系完善程度、学校技术支持、个人学习能力与态度等多重因素影响。基于此,研究构建了高校英语教师数字素养发展路径框架,从政策支持、培训体系、技术保障和教师自主发展等方面提出优化策略。
This study focuses on college English teachers in eastern China to explore the key elements and influencing factors of their digital literacy.Through questionnaires,semi-structured interviews,and grounded theory analysis,the research identifies four dimensions of digital literacy among college English teachers:technology application,resource integration,digital instructional design,and digital security awareness.The findings indicate that teachers'digital literacy is influenced by multiple factors including the completeness of training systems,institutional technical support,personal learning capabilities,and attitudes.The study constructs a framework for the development path of digital literacy among college English teachers,proposing optimization strategies from aspects such as policy support,training systems,technological safeguards,and teacher self-development.
