摘要
以美人松松针皂苷粉末为试材,将其加入到生物敷料中得到美人松松针皂苷水凝胶,研究美人松松针皂苷水凝胶的性能和抑菌性。结果表明:美人松松针皂苷水凝胶具有良好的外观形态和稳定性,36℃发生相变反应,相变后具有良好的溶胀性能、保湿性能和药物释放性能,溶胀率最高达639.57%,保水率最低达27.03%,药物累计释放率最高达52.38%。美人松松针皂苷水凝胶对大肠杆菌和表皮葡萄球菌均具有良好的抑菌效果。该研究为美人松松针皂苷在生物敷料领域的应用提供依据。
Take the powder of Pinus sylvestris needle saponin as the test material,and it was added to the biological dressing to obtain Pinus sylvestris needle saponin hydrogel.The performance and antibacterial activity of the Pinus sylvestris needle saponin hydrogel were studied.The results showed that the Pinus sylvestris needle saponin hydrogel had a good appearance and stability.It underwent a phase change reaction at 36 C.After the phase change,it had good swelling performance,moisture retention performance and drug release performance.The maximum swelling rate was 639.57%,the minimum water retention rate was 27.03%,and the maximum cumulative drug release rate was 52.38%.Pinus sylvestris needle saponin hydrogel had a good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis.This study provides a basis for the application of Pinus sylvestris needle saponin in the field of biological dressing.
