水凝胶敷料在皮肤创面愈合中的作用机理及应用研究进展

摘要 皮肤容易受到外界环境的损害,同时,受多种因素(如严重损伤、伴随感染或糖尿病等合并症)影响,皮肤组织的修复非常具有挑战性。近年来,皮肤组织工程作为一种使用各种合成和天然生物材料促进组织或器官生长的新型治疗方法,彻底改变了皮肤创面治疗和再生的治疗方案。在皮肤组织工程中使用的各种3D支架里,水凝胶支架因其具有细胞外基质(Extracellular Matrix,ECM)的天然相似性、保湿性、孔隙性、生物相容性和生物可降解性等独特的性能而获得了广泛关注。本文基于创面愈合机制,系统综述了用于创面修复的水凝胶材料的结构特征与分类,分析了其在促进皮肤创面愈合中的关键作用机制及特性,进一步探讨了水凝胶作为新型创面敷料的最新应用进展及未来发展方向。 Skin can be damaged by environmental factors,and its healing can be complicated by severe injuries,infections,or conditions like diabetes.Recently,various drugs and dressings are used for treatment.Tissue engineering,a new approach,has transformed the treatment of difficult wounds by using synthetic and natural biomaterials to support tissue growth outside the body.Hydrogel scaffolds,among various 3D scaffolds in tissue engineering,are particularly valued for their ECM mimicry,moisture retention,porosity,biocompatibility,and biodegradability.Based on the mechanism of wound healing,this article systematically reviews the structural characteristics and classification of hydrogel materials for wound repair,analyzes their key mechanisms and characteristics in promoting skin wound healing,and further discusses the latest application progress and future development direction of hydrogels as new wound dressings.
