摘要
系统介绍了柑橘中黄酮类化合物的主流提取方法,包括溶剂提取法、超声波提取法、酶解法、超临界流体萃取法及离子液体辅助提取法等,并分析了各种方法的应用特点;在此基础上,进一步综述了该类化合物在抗氧化、抗炎、心血管保护、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、认知功能改善等方面的生理功能及研究进展,可为柑橘副产物的资源化开发与高效利用提供理论依据和实践参考。
This review first systematically introduced the mainstream extraction methods of flavonoids from citrus,including solvent extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,and ionic liquid-assisted extraction,while analyzing the application characteristics of each method.On this basis,it further reviewed the physiological functions and research progress of these compounds in terms of antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,cardiovascular protection,anti-tumor,immune regulation,and cognitive function improvement.This work provided theoretical basis and practical reference for the resource-based development and efficient utilization of citrus by-products.
