分子影像学在妇科良性疾病诊断中的应用进展

摘要 子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征、子宫肌瘤等是临床常见的妇科良性疾病。常规超声、CT及MRI等传统影像学手段对早期或微小病灶的识别能力不足,对病灶的功能状态、代谢活性及分子特征反映有限,因此在鉴别诊断、评估疾病活动性及疗效监测方面的特异性有限。分子影像学在妇科良性疾病的诊断中发挥重要作用,本文旨在系统梳理核医学成像、磁共振分子成像、荧光成像及超声分子成像等技术在妇科良性疾病中的最新应用进展,为后续深入研究提供理论基础。 Endometriosis,polycystic ovary syndrome,uterine fibroids,etc.are common benign gynecological diseases in clinical practice.Traditional diagnostic methods,including conventional ultrasound,CT,and MRI have limited ability to detect early or microscopic lesions,as well as their restricted reflection of lesion functional status,metabolic activity,and molecular characteristics,results in limited specificity for differential diagnosis,disease activity assessment,and efficacy monitoring.Molecular imaging plays a significant role in the diagnosis of benign gynecological diseases.This article aims to systematically review the latest applications of nuclear medicine imaging,magnetic resonance molecular imaging,fluorescence imaging,and ultrasound molecular imaging in benign gynecological diseases,providing a theoretical foundation for further in-depth research.
