摘要
系统性硬皮病(SSc)是一种以皮肤纤维化和多脏器受累为特征的系统性自身免疫病,目前发病机制不明,尚无有效治疗手段。近年来,前沿技术(如单细胞测序、空间组学分析、分子影像学等)的引入,极大加深了我们对SSc的理解。这些研究不仅有助于揭示疾病的发病机制,还能为推动精准医疗、发现创新靶点、改善患者预后等方面提供新的见解。本文将从SSc发病的关键环节入手,包括自身免疫炎症反应、血管病变以及组织纤维化,介绍团队的研究进展,并综述当前国内外的研究动态。
ObjectiveSystemic Sclerosis(SSc)is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by skin fibrosis and multiple organ involvement.Until now,the pathogenesis of SSc is largely unclear,which impe-des the development of efficient therapeutic approaches.Recent advances by applying the cutting-edge technologies,such as single-cell sequencing,spatial omics,and molecular imaging,have significantly enhanced our understanding of SSc.These studies provide insights into the mechanism underlying disease,support the development of precision medicine,identify the novel therapeutic targets,and improve patient outcome.Focusing on the three key pathogenic mechanisms,which include autoimmune and inflammatory response,microvasculopathy and tissue fibrosis,the current review will introduce our team’s progress and summarize the latest international and domestic findings.
