摘要
教育家精神融入教师教育课程思政,是新时代落实“立德树人”根本任务、强化教师队伍建设的关键路径。教育家精神作为中华优秀教育文化的结晶,与教师教育课程思政在育人目标、价值导向、内容方法上高度契合,为课程改革注入源头活水。从价值维度看,其融合具有文化传承、课程重构与铸魂育人三重意义;从实践维度看,可通过教学目标设定、教学内容整合、教学组织优化及教学评价完善四个层面系统推进,实现“化盐于水、润物无声”的育人效果。
Integrating the educators spirit into the ideological and political education of teacher training curricula is a critical pathway for implementing the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"and strengthening the construction of the teaching force in the new era.As the crystallization of China’s outstanding educational culture,the educators spirit aligns closely with the educational objectives,value orientations,content,and methods of ideological and political education within teacher training curricula,thereby injecting a vital source of vitality into curriculum reform.From the perspective of value dimensions,this integration carries threefold significance,that is,cultural inheritance,curriculum reconstruction,and soul-shaping education.From the perspective of practical dimensions,it can be systematically advanced through four aspects as follows:the setting of teaching objectives,the integration of teaching content,the optimization of teaching organization,and the improvement of teaching evaluation.Thereby,achieving an educational effect akin to"dissolving salt in water,moistening things silently.
