摘要
在全球制造业竞争日趋激烈及转型升级的背景下,集约化生产与标准化制造的深度融合成为提升产业竞争力的关键路径。文章系统探究了集约化生产与标准化制造二者融合创新的理论框架、方法论及应用实践,主要包括二者的核心内涵与理论基础,构建融合创新方法体系;同时选取中国钢铁行业某集团作为案例,采用实证分析法深入剖析了该创新方法在应用过程中的挑战、解决策略及综合效益。研究结果表明:集约化与标准化的协同能够显著缩短生产周期、降低运营成本、提高产品质量稳定性及资源利用效率。最后,对智能制造背景下该模式的未来发展趋势进行展望,以期为我国制造业的高质量发展提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Under the background of increasing competition as well as transformation and upgrading for global manufacturing industry,deeply integrated intensive production and standardized manufacturing have become the key path for improving industrial competitiveness.In this paper,it is systematically explored the theoretical framework,methodology and application practices for integrating innovation of intensive production and standardized manufacturing,which mainly include their core connotation and theoretical foundation as well as establish integrating innovation method system;the challenges,solving strategies and comprehensive benefits in application process of this innovation method are deeply analyzed with the empirical analysis method by taking a group company of Chinese steel industry as the case.The study results showed that the production period and operating costs could be significantly reduced as well as stability of product quality and utilization efficiency of resources could be improved by cooperation of intensification and standardization.Finally,the future development trend of this mode under the background of intelligent manufacturing is expected in order to provide theoretical and practical references for high-quality development of manufacturing industry in our country.
