超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法同时测定膏霜类化妆品中6种抗皱类成分

Simultaneous determination of 6 anti-wrinkle components in cream cosmetics by ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry

摘要 建立超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法同时测定膏霜类化妆品中6种抗皱类成分。样品经饱和氯化钠溶液分散后用乙腈-甲醇混合溶液(体积比为2∶1)提取,上清液固相萃取小柱净化浓缩后,以0.1%(体积分数)甲酸和0.1%(体积分数)甲酸乙腈溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流量为0.3 mL/min,采用大气压化学电离源正离子模式扫描,多反应监测进行定性和定量分析。6种化合物的质量浓度在各自线性范围内与对应色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.999 3,检出限为0.2~0.6µg/g,定量限为0.6~2µg/g,平均回收率为83.5%~113.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%~7.5%(n=6)。建立的方法准确性好,灵敏度高,可用于膏霜类化妆品中抗皱类成分的测定。 A method based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established for the simultaneous determination of six anti-wrinkle components in cream-type cosmetics.The samples were dispersed with saturated sodium chloride solution and then extracted using an acetonitrile-methanol mixture(volume ratio was 2:1).After the supernatant was purified and concentrated by a solid-phase extraction column,it was eluted with a gradient of 0.1%(volume fraction)formic acid and 0.1%(volume fraction)acetonitrile as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.Data acquisition was conducted under the positive ion mode of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization,with qualitative and quantitative analyses carried out via multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).6 target compounds exhibited excellent linear relationships between their mass concentrations and corresponding chromatographic peak areas within the respective linear ranges,with correlation coefficients not less than 0.9993.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.2μg/g-0.6μg/g,and the limits of quantification ranged from 0.6μg/g to 2μg/g.The average recoveries were between 83.5%and 113.2%,while the relative standard deviations for 6 parallel specimens were 1.6%-7.5%.This developed method features high accuracy and sensitivity,and is thus suitable for the routine determination of anti-wrinkle components in cream-type cosmetics.
