全自动加速溶剂萃取-SPE全自动净化-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中阿特拉津

Determination of Atrazine in Soil by HPLC with ASE Extraction and Full-automatic Solid Phase Extraction(SPE)

摘要 本文建立了测定土壤中阿特拉津的全自动加速溶剂萃取-SPE全自动净化-高效液相色谱检测方法。土壤样品经二氯甲烷-丙酮(1∶1,V/V)溶液萃取后,硅酸镁固相萃取小柱净化浓缩,进入高效液相色谱仪分析。实验结果显示:本方法以阿特拉津浓度为横坐标,对应色谱峰面积为纵坐标建立标准曲线,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.20μg/kg,测定下限为0.80μg/kg。石英砂、砂土、壤土3种实际样品的加标回收率为78.0%~95.6%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~6.0%。与索氏提取-手动固相萃取等方法相比,本方法有机溶剂使用量少、净化效果好、自动化程度高、操作简单。 A method for the determination of atrazine in soil was established,which couples an automated accelerated solvent extractor(ASE)with an automated solid-phase extraction(SPE)purification system and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Soil samples were extracted with a dichloromethane-acetone(1∶1,V/V)solution using the ASE.The resulting extract was then concentrated and purified using an automated SPE system with a Florisil column,prior to analysis by HPLC.The experimental results showed that the method detection limit(MDL)was 0.20μg/kg,the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.80μg/kg,and the spiked recoveries for real samples ranged from 78.0%to 95.6%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.3%to 6.0%.Compared with the conventional Soxhlet extraction coupled with manual SPE,this method demonstrates significant advantages,including reduced consumption of organic solvents,superior purification efficiency,simpler operation,and a higher degree of automation.
