摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理在后循环缺血性眩晕患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年7月泗洪县中医院收治的60例后循环缺血性眩晕患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与研究组,各30例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用延续性护理。对比两组眩晕程度、自我护理能力、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组眩晕评定量表评分均下降(P<0.05),且研究组低于常规组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组自我护理能力量表评分均升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于常规组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组健康调查简表评分均升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于常规组(P<0.001)。研究组护理总满意度高于常规组(P=0.044)。结论:延续性护理在后循环缺血性眩晕患者中的应用效果良好,可改善眩晕症状,提升患者的自我护理能力、生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuity of care in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:A total of 60 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to Sihong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional care,and the study group was given continuity of care.The degree of vertigo,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the vertigo rating scale scores in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).After nursing,the self-care agency scale scores in the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of short-form health survey in the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.044).Conclusion:Continuity of care has a good application effect in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,and can alleviate the symptoms of vertigo,improve the self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
