摘要
基于文献综述和专家访谈构建挑战与对策量表并采集数据,通过SPSS分析智能建造技术应用面临的关键挑战因素,以及促进智能建造技术应用的有效对策。研究结果表明,缺乏技能型产业人才、数据管理和知识管理质量不高和技术实施投资高,是智能建造技术应用中面临的关键挑战;加强组织领导、强化政策激励和完善顶层设计,是促进智能建造技术应用的关键对策。此外,不同经营类型、企业性质、行业类型和资质等级的企业,对挑战和对策的认同度不同。研究结果有助于制定数据驱动型产业政策,以推动采用智能建造技术,促进建筑业的数字化转型。
Based on literature review and expert interviews,the challenges and countermeasures scale is constructed and data are collected.The key challenge factors facing the application of intelligent construction technology and effective countermeasures to promote the application of intelligent construction technology are analyzed by SPSS.The results show that lack of skilled industrial talents,low quality of data management and knowledge management,and high investment in technology implementation are the key challenges facing the application of intelligent construction technology.Strengthening organizational leadership,strengthening policy incentives and improving top-level design are the key countermeasures to promote the application of intelligent construction technology.In addition,enterprises of different business types,enterprise nature,industry type and qualification level have different degrees of recognition of challenges and countermeasures.The findings help develop data-driven industrial policies to promote the adoption of smart construction technologies and facilitate the digital transformation of the construction industry.
