摘要
目的汉化面颈部烧伤健康量表,并进行信效度检验,为面颈部烧伤患者提供针对性的生活质量评价工具。方法遵循Brislin翻译法对法文版面颈部烧伤健康量表进行汉化,形成中文版面颈部烧伤健康量表。采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1月至2025年1月在山东第二医科大学附属医院、潍坊市人民医院、山东第一医科大学第二附属医院就诊的479例面颈部烧伤患者进行调查,评估中文版面颈部烧伤健康量表信效度。结果中文版面颈部烧伤健康量表包含10个维度,54个条目。探索性因子分析提取10个公因子,累计方差贡献率75.599%;验证性因子分析显示各项拟合指数均在标准范围内。中文版面颈部烧伤健康量表的条目内容效度指数值为0.83~1.00,量表内容效度指数值为0.910,Cronbach'sα系数为0.986。结论中文版面颈部烧伤健康量表具有较好的信效度,可以用于评估面颈部烧伤患者的生活质量水平。
Objective To translate and culturally adapt the Burn-Specific Health Scale for Face and Neck and test its reliability and validity,in order to provide targeted quality of life assessment tools for patients with facial and neck burns.Methods The Burn-Specific Health Scale for Face and Neck was translated into Chinese following the Brislin translation model to form the Chinese version of the scale.A convenience sampling method was used to select 479 patients with facial and neck burns from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University,Weifang People's Hospital,and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University for investigation from January 2022 to January 2025,so as to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Burn-Specific Health Scale for Face and Neck.Results The Chinese version of Burn-Specific Health Scale for Face and Neck consisted of 10 dimensions and 54 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 10 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 75.599%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fit indices met the standard thresholds.The item-level content validity index of the Chinese version of Burn-Specific Health Scale for Face and Neck ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,the scale-level content validity index was 0.910,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.986.Conclusion The Chinese version of Burn-Specific Health Scale for Face and Neck demonstrates good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the quality of life of patients with facial and neck burns.
