摘要
具身智能作为当下人工智能的发展前沿,是一种具备物理实体并通过其与环境交互来实现智能增长的新型高级人工智能,正重塑人类社会的运行逻辑与生产生活范式。与传统人工智能的身体“缺场”不同,具身智能强调应用中的身体“在场”,呈现出鲜明的具身性、涌现性与主体性特征。但由于具身智能技术本身存在不确定性,加之诸多非理性因素影响,其在应用场景中易引发责任缺失、安全弱化、信任断裂、公正缺位等伦理问题,这已成为制约其安全可信、公平负责任发展的潜在隐忧。要消弭这些问题,推动具身智能向上向善,应以技术创新为支撑、以伦理准则为价值导向、以法律规范为保障,实现系统综合治理。具而言之:一是以技制恶,完善与分享具身智能技术,解决技术安全与技术正义等问题;二是以道驭术,全面构建与宣传具身智能伦理,以伦理之力化恶为善;三是以法为治,建立健全具身智能法律体系,保证具身智能循法而行。
Embodied intelligence,as the cutting-edge of current Artificial Intelligence(AI)development,is a new type of advanced AI that possesses physical entities and has achieved intelligent growth through its interaction with the environment.It is reshaping the operational logic and production and living paradigms of human society.Unlike traditional AI,which lacks a physical presence,embodied intelligence emphasizes the physical presence in applications,highlighting distinct characteristics of embodiment,emergence,and subjectivity.However,because of some uncertainties inherent in embodied intelligence technology and the influence of numerous irrational factors,ethical issues such as lack of responsibility,weakened security,broken trust and absence of justice are prone to occur in its application scenarios,which are potential hidden concerns for its safe,trustworthy,fair and responsible development.To eliminate these problems and promote the positive and virtuous development of embodied intelligence,systematic and comprehensive governance should be carried out with technological innovation as the support,with ethical standards as the value orientation,and with legal norms as the guarantee.Specifically,the first is to control evil with technology by improving and sharing embodied intelligence technology,and solve issues such as technological security and technological justice;the second is to govern it with ethics by comprehensively building and promoting embodied intelligence ethics,and use the power of ethics to eliminate evil and turn it into good,the third is to govern with law by establishing and improving the legal system for embodied intelligence,and ensure that embodied intelligence acts in accordance with the law.
