摘要
就业是民生之本,也是高职院校发展的生命线,针织技术与针织服装专业的高质量就业对纺织产业升级至关重要。文章以福州职业技术学院为例,基于近3年的就业数据,分析发现该专业虽然整体就业率高,但存在专业对口率低、学生就业质量不高、离职率高等问题,且面临人才培养模式传统、实践平台不足及就业指导缺位等挑战。针对上述问题,文章提出了通过“岗课赛证”融合优化人才培养体系、深化产教融合创新校企合作实践平台以及构建“观念—体系—实践”三位一体就业指导服务体系等路径,以期提升该专业毕业生的就业质量与职业发展能力。
Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood and the lifeline of the development of higher vocational colleges.High-quality employment in knitting technology and knitted clothing majors is crucial for the upgrading of the textile industry.Taking Fuzhou Polytechnic as an example,based on the employment data of the past three years,the article analyzes that although the overall employment rate of this major is high,there are problems such as low professional matching rate,low student employment quality,high turnover rate,and facing challenges such as traditional talent training model,insufficient practical platforms,and lack of employment guidance.In response to the above issues,the article proposes to optimize the talent training system through the integration of“job-course-competition-certificate”,deepen the integration of industry and education,innovate the school enterprise cooperation practice platform,and construct a“concept system-practice”three-in-one employment guidance service system,in order to improve the employment quality and career development ability of graduates in this major.
