摘要
当代中国新闻舆论领域拥有自身的“主流”观念。中国化时代化马克思主义新闻观是总体性主导观念。“主流”观念是对“马新观”的主要落实方式。对“什么是主流媒体、主流新闻、主流舆论”等的认定和评判,构成了关于新闻舆论领域“主流”观念的核心内容。就当前中国新闻舆论领域的实际及应然追求而言,“党媒体系”是“主流媒体”,“正面新闻”是“主流新闻”,“正确舆论”是“主流舆论”;主流媒体反映、呈现、构建主流新闻,主流新闻反映、呈现、构建主流舆论。主流媒体、主流新闻、主流舆论形成中国新闻舆论实践中的“主流关系”,“主流媒体”通过“主流新闻”形成“主流舆论”,追求“主流影响”或“主流效应”。通过表征“主流”观念的标识概念及其关系,能够构建起当代中国新闻学关于中国新闻舆论领域“主流”问题的理论体系,使其成为中国新闻学自主知识体系的有机构成部分。
The field of contemporary Chinese news and public opinion has its own"mainstream"concept.The sinicized and era-adapted Marxist view of news serves as the overall dominant concept.The"mainstream"concept is the primary way to implement this Marxist view of news.The identification and evaluation of issues such as"what are mainstream media,mainstream news,and mainstream public opinion"constitute the core content of the"mainstream"concept in the news and public opinion field.In the current practice of Chinese news and public opinion,the"Party media system"is regarded as"mainstream media","positive news"as"mainstream news",and"correct public opinion"as"mainstream public opinion".Mainstream media reflect,present,and construct mainstream news,while mainstream news reflects,presents,and constructs mainstream public opinion.Mainstream media,mainstream news,and mainstream public opinion form the"mainstream relationship"in Chinese news and public opinion practice:mainstream media shape mainstream public opinion through mainstream news,aiming to achieve"mainstream influence"or"mainstream effect".By clarifying the identifying concepts that characterize the"mainstream"concept and their relationships,a theoretical system for the"mainstream"issues in the Chinese news and public opinion field can be constructed for contemporary Chinese journalism.This system will become an integral part of the independent knowledge system of Chinese journalism.
