摘要
成人教育作为构建终身学习体系的关键环节,其美育工作的开展对于促进个体全面发展与人格完善、推动社会和谐与文化传承,以及助力教育现代化与终身学习目标的实现具有重要意义。然而,当前我国成人教育实践存在重技能轻素养、重实用轻审美的结构性偏差,这导致美育处于边缘化境地。在实践过程中,成人教育美育面临诸多困境,包括美育认知的局限、美育课程的缺乏及评价体系的缺失等,这些问题制约了美育工作的有效开展。为促进美育在成人教育领域的全面普及与提升,需要通过强化美育认知、以数字技术赋能美育课程、改革评价机制等实践路径,唤醒成人教育的美育自觉,为构建学习型社会提供内在精神动力。
As a key link in building a lifelong learning system,the implementation of aesthetic education in adult education is of great significance for promoting the all-round development and personality improvement of individuals,promoting social harmony and cultural inheritance,and facilitating the realization of educational modernization and lifelong learning goals.However,there is a structural bias in current adult education practice in China,with an emphasis on skills over qualities and practicality over aesthetics,which has led to the marginalization of aesthetic education.In the process of implementation,adult education aesthetic education faces many practical difficulties,including limited understanding of aesthetic education,lack of aesthetic education courses,and absence of evaluation systems.These problems seriously restrict the effective implementation of aesthetic education.To promote the comprehensive popularization and improvement of aesthetic education in adult education,it is necessary to enhance the level of attention,strengthen the understanding of aesthetic education through multiple measures,integrate aesthetic education resources,empower aesthetic education courses with digital technology,and reform the evaluation mechanism,shifting from outcome evaluation to process perception.These practical paths aim to awaken the aesthetic education consciousness in adult education and provide internal spiritual impetus for building a learning society.
