摘要
导管接触性溶栓能有效地清除血栓,可显著降低血栓后综合征或慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压的发生率及严重程度,是介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的主要治疗方案之一。为进一步提升护理人员的规范操作,下肢深静脉血栓形成导管接触性溶栓护理实践指南(2025版)(简称"指南")工作组检索近10年国内外相关的权威指南、专家共识,并结合国内护理研究热点与临床经验,按照循证护理实践指南的制订方法,通过德尔菲函询和专家论证,最终根据评审结果,从最佳证据、临床实际情况、改善护理服务、临床可行性、安全性等多维度形成指南。指南涵盖15个临床问题,整合出62条推荐意见及推荐说明,为临床医护人员实施导管接触性溶栓护理实践提供科学指导依据。
Catheter-directed thrombolysis effectively removes thrombi,significantly reducing the incidence and severity of post-thrombotic syndrome or chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.It is one of the primary interventional treatments for deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities.However,there is a lack of relevant evidence-based nursing guidelines in clinical practice.To further enhance standardized nursing practices,the working group for the guidelines for nursing practice in catheter-directed thrombolysis for deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities(2025 edition)(referred to as the guideline)searches for authoritative domestic and international guidelines and expert consensus from the past decade,integrating domestic nursing research priorities and clinical experience.According to the development method of evidence-based nursing practice guidelines,through Delphi consultation and expert argumentation,and based on the evaluation results,this guideline is finally formed from multiple dimensions such as best evidence,clinical reality,nursing service improvement,clinical feasibility,and safety.The guideline covers 15 clinical issues and consolidates 62 recommended opinions and instructions,providing scientific guidance for healthcare professionals to implement catheter-directed thrombolysis nursing practice.
