个体化小组模式健康教育配合呼吸训练在老年肺部感染中的应用

Effect of Individualized Health Education and Respiratory Function Training Based on Group Mode on Recovery of Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infection

摘要 目的观察基于小组模式的个体化健康教育配合呼吸功能训练对老年肺部感染患者恢复的影响。方法前瞻性纳入2023年3月—2024年10月内蒙古自治区人民医院收治的92例老年肺部感染患者,采用随机数表法分为常规组(46例,实施常规护理支持)与试验组(46例,实施常规护理+基于小组模式下的个体化健康教育配合呼吸功能训练),比较两组患者数据情况:临床疗效、症状缓解时间、干预前后临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)分值变化、患者遵医行为、护理质量提升率及干预满意率。结果试验组患者干预后临床总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者的各项症状缓解时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者干预后的量表分值(CPIS、SAS及SDS)均低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者遵医率、护理质量提升率及干预满意率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于小组模式的个体化健康教育配合呼吸功能训练可提升老年肺部感染患者临床疗效,促进患者症状好转,改善患者心理状况及遵医行为,还可提升患者护理质量及满意率,值得应用。 Objective To observe the edffect of individualized health education combined with respiratory function training on the recovery of elderly patients with pulmonary infection based on group mode.Methods Prospective inclusion of 92 elderly patients with pulmonary infections admitted to the Geriatric Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from March 2023 to October 2024.Randomized number table method was used to divide the successfully enrolled patients into routine group(46 cases,receiving routine nursing support)and experimental group(46 cases,receiving routine nursing support).(Patients were given routine care+individualized health education combined with respiratory function training based on group mode),and the data of the two groups of patients were observed:clinical efficacy,symptom remission time,changes in clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores before and after intervention,compliance behavior of patients,improvement rate of nursing quality and intervention satisfaction rate.Results The total clinical edffective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The symptom relief time of experimental group was shorter than that of conventional group(P<0.05);After intervention,the scale scores(CPIS,SAS and SDS)of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The compliance rate,nursing quality improvement rate and intervention satisfaction rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education combined with respiratory function training based on group mode can improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with pulmonary infection,promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,improve patients'psychological status and compliance behavior,and improve the quality of patient care and satisfaction rate,which is worthy of application.
