摘要
枣仁安神制剂由酸枣仁、丹参、五味子三味药材组成,有颗粒、胶囊、口服液3个剂型,全方具有养血安神的功效,临床主要用于失眠的治疗。通过对近年相关文献的查阅和分析,发现枣仁安神制剂对失眠、焦虑抑郁、精神分裂症等疾病具有良好治疗作用,且不良反应少。然而,相较于对失眠的应用,枣仁安神制剂用于其他疾病的研究不多。该文首次系统总结了枣仁安神制剂的临床使用情况,以期为其深入研究提供参考。
Zaoren Anshen Preparations(枣仁安神制剂)were consisted of three kinds of herbs such as Suancaoren(Semen Ziziphi Spinosae),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)and Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).The dosage forms include granule,capsule and oral solution.The whole prescription has the effects of nourishing blood and tranquilizing the mind,and is mainly used for the treatment of insomnia.Through consulting and analyzing the relevant literatures,the author found that Zaoren Anshen Preparations showed good effects for insomnia,anxiety and depression,schizophrenia,with fewer adverse reactions.While compared to the application of insomnia,there were not much researches on other diseases.The present review summarized the research advance of Zaoren Anshen Preparations in clinical applications for the first time,with the aim to provide a reference for further studies of Zaoren Anshen Preparations.
