银川地区冷沉淀凝血因子的应用情况分析

摘要 目的:了解冷沉淀凝血因子在银川地区的临床应用情况并分析存在的问题,为合理制定库存量及临床用血指导提供有效参考依据。方法:统计2019-2023年宁夏血液中心冷沉淀凝血因子的制备情况,对银川地区37家医疗机构冷沉淀凝血因子的临床使用情况进行统计分析。结果:银川地区37家医疗机构近5年冷沉淀凝血用量111886 U,供应量呈逐年增长趋势,三级医院用量占比达到97.6%,二级医院、部队和民营医院用量保持较低水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2019-2023年银川地区临床医疗机构冷沉淀凝血因子用量逐年增长,三级医院增长较明显。在血液供应紧平衡成为常态的今天,需要合理平衡冷沉淀和新浆制备量,制定更优的库存管理模式,有效缓解供血压力。 Objective:To understand the clinical application of cold precipitation coagulation factor in medical institutions in Yinchuan area,analyze the existing problems,and provide effective references for the rational formulation of inventory levels and clinical blood guidance.Methods:Statistical analysis was conducted on the preparation of cold precipitated coagulation factors in Ningxia Blood Center from 2019 to 2023,and the clinical use of cold precipitated coagulation factors in 37 blood hospitals in Yinchuan area.Results:37 medical institutions in the Yinchuan area had used 111886 units of cold precipitation coagulation factor in the past 5 years,with a supply trend increasing year by year.The proportion of usage in tertiary hospitals reached 97.6%,while the usage in secondary hospitals,private and military hospitals remained at a relatively low level.Conclusion:The usage of cold precipitation coagulation factors in clinical blood institutions in Yinchuan region has been increasing year by year from 2019 to 2023,with a significant increase in tertiary hospitals(P<0.05).In today’s world where tight and balanced blood supply has become the norm,it is necessary to reasonably balance the amount of cold precipitation and new plasma preparation,develop better inventory management models,and effectively alleviate blood supply pressure.
