摘要
目的评价肾衰宁颗粒联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法选取苏州市第九人民医院2019年6月—2023年8月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例,随机数字表法分为常规西药治疗的常规组和联合肾衰宁颗粒治疗的肾衰宁组,各40例,均治疗3个月。统计两组临床疗效、不良反应及中医证候评分、微炎症指标、营养指标、肾功能。结果治疗3个月后,肾衰宁组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组治疗3个月后,食少纳呆、口淡不渴、面色晦黯、倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软、肢体麻木的评分以及血清超敏-C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素-C(cystatin C,Cys-C)与治疗前对比均降低,且肾衰宁组低于常规组(P<0.05);两组血清前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、总蛋白(total protein,TP)及肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,eGFR)与治疗前对比均升高,且肾衰宁组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,肾衰宁组与常规组总不良反应发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾衰宁颗粒联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,可有效降低患者机体微炎症,改善机体营养状态,缓解肾功能损伤,改善其中医证候,具有较好的临床疗效和良好的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Shenshuaining Granule(肾衰宁颗粒)combined with western medicine on chronic renal failure.Methods Eighty patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Suzhou Ninth People′s Hospital from June 2019 to August 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The conventional group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the Shenshuaining Granule group combined with Shenshuaining Granule based on the conventional Western medicine treatment.The grouping method was a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group,and both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores,micro-inflammatory index,nutritional index and renal function of the two groups were counted.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the Shenshuaining Granule group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of appetite,thirst,dull complexion,fatigue,soreness and weakness in the waist and knees,numbness in the limbs,the serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr)and cystatin C(Cys-C)decreased compared to those before treatment,and the Shenshuaining Granule group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),total protein(TP)and glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in both groups increased compared to those before treatment.The results of the Shenshuaining Granule group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the Shenshuaining Granule group and the conventional group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenshuaining Granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure could effectively reduce patients′micro-inflammation,improve their nutritional status,relieve renal function injury and improve their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome syndromes,with good clinical efficacy and good safety.
