摘要
目的:探讨健脾益肾汤联合罗沙司他改善慢性肾衰竭脾肾气虚型肾性贫血、微炎症状态及中医证候的临床疗效。方法:选择2024年6月至2025年1月赣州市中医院肾病科收治的60例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予罗沙司他治疗,观察组给予健脾益肾汤联合罗沙司他治疗,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、贫血指标、微炎症状态指标、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组贫血指标、中医证候积分、微炎症状态指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞比容、血清铁等贫血指标水平以及治疗总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6微炎症状态指标水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾益肾汤联合罗沙司他治疗慢性肾衰竭可有效改善相关症状以及贫血状态,降低机体炎症因子水平,疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of jianpi yishen tang combined with rosuvastatin on chronic renal failure with spleen kidney qi deficiency type renal anemia,micro inflammatory state,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Method:Sixty patients admitted to the nephrology department of ganzhou traditional chinese medicine hospital from June 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group(30 cases in each group)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with roxastat,while the observation group was treated with jianpi yishen decoction combined with roxastat,both of which were treated for two months.The traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores,anemia indicators,micro inflammatory status indicators,treatment efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in anemia index,traditional chinese medicine syndrome integral and micro-inflammatory state index between the two groups(P>0.05).After two months of treatment,the levels of anemia indicators such as red blood cells,hemoglobin,red blood cell volume,serum iron and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of micro-inflammatory indicators such as traditional chinese medicine syndrome score,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of jianpi yishen tang and rosuvastatin can effectively improve related symptoms and anemia status in the treatment of chronic kidney failure,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,and the efficacy and safety of this treatment plan are significant.
