镍基高温合金蜂窝超声辅助铣削加工毛刺优化研究

摘要 为减小镍基高温合金蜂窝铣削加工毛刺宽度,采用CUMET多刃铣刀与SECO多刃铣刀开展超声辅助铣削加工试验,对比刀具类型、研究加工参数对毛刺宽度的影响规律。结果表明:相较于SECO多刃铣刀,采用CUMET多刃铣刀可获得更小的毛刺宽度;通过单因素铣削试验,获得了优化的铣削工艺参数组合,毛刺宽度可降低至8.97μm。 In order to reduce burr width of nickel-based superalloy honeycomb after milling,ultrasonic assisted milling experiments were conducted by CUMET and SECO multi-edge milling tools,and the tool types were compared and the influence law of milling parameters on burr width was investigated.The results indicate that compared to SECO tools,milling with CUMET tools can achieve smaller burr widths.With single factor milling experiments,an optimized milling process parameter was obtained,with burr width being reduced to 8.97μm.
