摘要
对GH188合金薄壁环件进行切削力研究,选取转速、吃刀量、进给量三个要素进行三因素四水平切削力正交试验,得出最优三因素组合。通过切削力研究,选用优化的走刀路径和最优因素组合,可以大大提高GH188合金薄壁环件的加工精度和效率。
The cutting force of GH188 alloy thin-walled ring part was studied,and the three elements of speed,tool consumption and feed were selected to carry out the three-factor and four-level orthogonal test of cutting force,and the optimal combination of three factors was obtained.Through the study of cutting force,the selection of optimized tool path and the combination of the best factors can greatly improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of GH188 alloy thin-walled ring part.
